June PAC Meeting

• Our last meeting of the year has been rescheduled to accommodate the change with Sports Day. We will now meet in the school library Wednesday, June 11 after the morning bell.

Sports Day

• A reminder the date for Sports Day has been changed to Thursday, June 12th. The schedule for the day remains the same.
• House teams are posted on the PE website and children are asked to wear the colour corresponding to their team.
• Concession is to be determined… updates will be available on the PE website as well.
• Volunteers are still needed to make this a successful event… this volunteer registration form form went home on Friday.

Fun Lunch

• Fun Lunch will be still taking place on Sports Day… volunteers are needed to make it work!

Wednesday: need parents to help organize baskets per division of chips, juice etc …

Thursday: we need primary parents for distribution help . Intermediates will be on field during this time. If any one can help with delivery of pizza to classes and at lunch we require parent per division to hand out orders to students as job action prevents teachers from doing this task.

If you are able to assist please leave a comment with your division # that your assisting.
