Revised PAC Constitution Draft

Please find below the Final Version of the LMCS PAC Constitution.
Below are the ratification’s from the previous draft.
This draft will be voted on at the May 6th, 2015 Monthly PAC meeting at 7:00pm.

6.1.4
From this: A minimum of 50% of the Monthly PAC meetings will be held during evening hours.

To this: 50% of the Monthly PAC meetings will be held during evening hours and 50% of the Monthly PAC meetings will be held during daytime hours.

7.2.5
From this: The number of votes cast for Executive Officers by the membership corresponds with the number of students per family enrolled in LMCS.
ie.  A family with 3 children registered at LMCS is allocated 3 votes per family unit

To this: The number of votes cast for Executive Officers by the membership corresponds with one (1) vote per family enrolled in LMCS.
ie.  A family with one (1) or three (3) children registered at LMCS, is allowed one (1) vote per family unit.

11.4
From:  All monies spent above and beyond a predetermined petty cash amount of two hundred dollars ($150.00) will be first presented to and voted on by the                Executive, and then approved by a majority at Monthly PAC meeting.

To this:  All monies spent above and beyond a predetermined petty cash amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00) will be first presented to and voted on by the Executive, and then approved by a majority at Monthly PAC meeting.
