PAC Election Update & Nominees
The following people have been nominated for positions on the PAC for the 2015/2016 school year:

All nominees have been invited to submit an “about myself” post (no more than 250 words) and photo. If submitted, they can be found by clicking on the names of the corresponding person above, as well as, nominees can post a 8.5″X11″ message on the PAC board by the office.
Voting will be from June 1 to June 5 and will only be through the ballot box located in the office. The polling station would be open as follows:
Monday June 1: 8:30 am to 7:00 pm
Tuesday June 2: Regular school hours
Wednesday June 3: Regular school hours
Thursday June 4: Regular school hours
Friday June 5: Regular school hours until 3pm
As we can’t man the polling station at all times, we utilize the same system as the Translink Referendum, ie, have envelopes labeled with identification and put the ballot inside. Thus, we can cross reference each person to the parent list and once complete open all envelops to find the ballots. This will ensure secrecy.
The DPAC has reviewed our constitution and advised that EVERY PARENT and/or LEGAL GUARDIAN CAN VOTE FOR THE PAC EXECUTIVE. The Elections Committee has agreed to this recommendation.
